Request a Free Exposure Audit

SMS Terms

Last updated: June 30, 2025

FraudGuardians sends SMS messages only to users who have opted in. Our contact form offers two separate, independent SMS consent checkboxes. Neither is pre-selected, neither is required to submit your audit request, and checking one does not opt you in to the other. By checking a box and providing your phone number, you agree to receive the corresponding category of text messages from FraudGuardians as described below.

1. Message Types

1.1 Service Messages

By checking the Service Messages box, you agree to receive SMS messages from FraudGuardians regarding your exposure assessment request, appointment scheduling, audit updates, and service notifications. These messages relate directly to an audit or engagement you requested.

1.2 Marketing Messages

By separately checking the Marketing box, you agree to receive promotional SMS messages from FraudGuardians, including cybersecurity tips, product updates, and promotional offers.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services and the status of your audit. We will not send excessive messages unrelated to your account or requested services.

3. Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from FraudGuardians SMS messages. Because Service Messages and Marketing Messages are independent consent programs, opting out applies to the message thread you reply from; if you are enrolled in both programs, you may need to reply STOP to each. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent for that program. To opt back in, you may re-submit the contact form and check the relevant consent box again.

5. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You may also contact us directly:

  • Email: hello@fraudguardians.com

6. Privacy

SMS consent is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to communicate with you about your FraudGuardians account and requested services. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
